The War Ravens MC are a brotherhood of riders bound by loyalty, discipline, and the road. Founded on Norse heritage and old-school values, we stand for honor, safe riding, and taking care of our own.
We ride together, we answer the call for our communities, and we hold our members to a standard of conduct on and off the bike. We are not a 1% club and have no ties to outlaw organizations. We believe respect is earned, the patch is worn with pride, and a rider’s word still means something.

Under the wings of the Ravens, we ride with honor. War Ravens Motorcycle Club is a law-abiding, nonprofit brotherhood of riders built around a shared love of motorcycles, disciplined riding, and meaningful service to others. Based in Billings, Montana, the club identifies as a 501(c)(7) social club with roots in Norse heritage and values, and it explicitly distances itself from outlaw or “1%” biker stereotypes or criminal affiliations.
At its heart, War Ravens MC is about riding together with honor, integrity, and safety.
Members commit to structured group riding practices and safety protocols designed to ensure that everyone completes the journey and returns home safely. The club emphasizes respectful conduct both on and off the road, reflecting a belief that wearing the patch carries responsibility, dignity, and pride.
The War Ravens ethos draws inspiration from ancient Norse symbolism and the image of the raven as a vigilant companion and guardian. This heritage shapes the club’s identity and values, focusing on loyalty, discipline, responsibility, and mutual support among members. Riding with the War Ravens isn’t just about the open road; it’s about building a brotherhood anchored in character and positive action.
Membership in War Ravens MC is selective and structured, requiring applicants to be at least 21 years old, hold a valid motorcycle endorsement and insurance, and demonstrate conduct that aligns with the club’s core principles. Advancement within the club follows a staged progression—from initial observation and active participation to leadership readiness—culminating in full patch status once evaluations and votes by the club council (“The Thing”) are complete.
Although rooted in tradition, the club is forward-looking in how it defines itself. War Ravens MC sees itself not as a gang but as a community organization centered on fellowship, service, and responsible riding. The nonprofit structure means that dues and funds collected are used only for club operations, events, and insurance; no member profits personally from the organization.
Equally important to the War Ravens identity is community engagement. While much of the club’s activity revolves around group rides and social events, members also participate in outreach and charitable efforts that reflect the club’s commitment to helping others and giving back to the communities they ride through.
Open rides and designated events welcome guests who agree to safety protocols and demonstrate respect for the club’s formation and practices. This openness reflects the War Ravens’ belief in sharing the joy of riding while upholding discipline and mutual respect among all participants.
In essence, War Ravens MC is a brotherhood of motorcyclists who ride with purpose, guided by tradition, personal accountability, and a deep commitment to safety and service.
