What is a Support Bikers Moderator and Expert?

There are 3 roles and those are National Ambassador, State Ambassador and we explain below what is a moderator and expert.

Support Bikers Moderators and Experts are volunteers assigned a role in one of our Support Bikers Facebook groups. That could be welcoming members, answering questions, and providing resources. All experts are moderators.

Requirements:

If after watching, you love what we do, will implement the Facebook group rules and understand the website SupportBikers.com is where you will be sending members to for resources, then you are a good fit.

Which Role works for you?

-Welcome members to group
-Answer mechanical questions
-Answer motorcycle training questions
-Answer safety questions
-Answer rider first-aid questions
-Answer towing questions
-Answer detailing questions
-Answer bike rental questions
-Help biker owned businesses
-Be a support liaison
-Be a group leader
-Be an accident support leader

Regardless of the role you accept, as moderator you would be:

1- Welcoming new members;

2- Referencing the rules in the group under posts associated with a specific role;

3- Make sure the experts in the group are responding to posts. If not, respond to the post with the answer and tagging the expert. Send a message to your group expert so they can see the post;

4- Post engaging posts in the group on a regular basis (i.e. ask questions, share a story, etc.);

5- Refer to our group sponsor if any legal advice is needed; and

6- Be familiar with the SupportBikers.com website and refer to it as a resource.

Don’t worry, you will not be alone. You’re assigned National and State Ambassadors will be there to help you. Let me know if you have any questions.
