Shake off winter and hit the throttle at the Winnipeg Harley Riders Association Ice-Breaker Run. This annual season opener sends riders through multiple Manitoba stops before the final draw. Expect road-ready camaraderie, Harley pride, and a full Saturday of riding with the WHRA crew and friends.
