How to REGISTER as a rider and passenger for the Route 66 Passport Run
Registration will end when 150 are registered.
Late Registration Riders are only guaranteed to get the Passport Book until June 12th
RIDER REGISTRATION: $175.00
PASSENGER REGISTRATION: $30.00
All registration is done online and requires a working email. Please follow all steps to complete the entire registration process. You will be prompted to pay by credit card. Your registration is not complete until we receive your payment in full.
Early Registration Riders receive a registration packet that includes a shirt, sticker, lanyard, challenge coin, banner, and Passport Book.
Late Registration Riders are only guaranteed to get the Passport Book.
We are happy you are thinking about joining us on the Route 66 Passport Run 2023. The “Support Bikers Crew” has worked hard to create this epic journey. Below are the requirements for the ride. Please read carefully. You will be prompted to pay by credit card. You are not officially registered until we receive payment in full.
RULES AND REGULATIONS
- THIS IS NOT A GROUP RIDE. This is an independent Passport Run and you are free to ride with friends or alone. You are not required to have your passport stamped or visit all the suggested sights along the route.
- There will NOT be Road Captains or Leaders.
- Everyone will receive a “Route Map” with Passport Stamp Stops and highlights.
- You are NOT required to stay at each “overnight stop” or use the surrounding “Passport Stamp” location lodging.
- All vehicles welcome.
- Riders who registered on or before March 31, 2023, may request a refund of the registration fee and must submit request by May 15, 2023. Requests will be handled on a case by case basis by the Support Bikers Crew and all decisions are final. After that date, your registration fee will be considered a donation to Support Bikers.
- All accommodations, food, misc. expenses including medical and repairs are the sole responsibility of the “Official Rider”
- While driving on any open public roads, all local traffic laws must be followed.
LODGING
The LODGING information link will be posted in the Facebook Group “The Badgers Route 66 Passport Run”. This is a private group you are prompted to join after registering AND paying for the ride.
