Trusted House Services was founded to educate and protect buyers and sellers while building long-term relationships with Realtors, Insurance Agent and all other professionals involved in each property transaction. Inspectors review all areas of the home from foundation, to the roof and most everything in between.
As qualified Home Inspectors, THS follows both the Florida Standards of Practice and InterNACHI’s Standards or Practice. THS abides by a strict code of ethics that put our clients interests first and are fully licensed, bonded and insured to provide home inspection services to the greater Southwest Florida area.
